Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the educational characteristics of a teacher at the level of the Islamic Revolution from the perspective of the Supreme Leader. A teacher is someone who deals with the most valuable and precious being, namely humans, and according to the words of the Great Leader of the Islamic Revolution, “A teacher is a job that builds humans. A teacher builds humans. It is the same job as the prophets.” A teacher is the first educator of a person, after parents; he is the one who builds the first brick of knowledge, so the fate of society is determined by the powerful hand of the teacher. Society is filled with the students of these teachers, he teaches knowledge, and knowledge builds the civilization of society; in fact, the teacher builds civilization. In order to build a powerful Islamic civilization, our country needs teachers with characteristics such as: revolutionary spirit, insight, idealism, reliance on Islamic religious foundations, self-improvement in the light of spirituality, scientific jihadist spirit, sincerity in action, good character, humility, and other things that Ayatollah Khamenei has mentioned.
