Abstract

 

This study aims to analyze the management of Micro Waqf Bank development strategies in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research, data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used is an interactive analysis model. The results of this study indicate that the successful management of Micro Waqf Banks is influenced by the implementation of spiritual leadership values ​​in the governance of Micro Waqf Banks Sumber Barokah Denanyar Jombang East Java Indonesia
